Is anyone else locked out from adding comments or highlighting text in the new PMBOK 8th or Agile Practice Guide 2nd edition?
I am facing this exact issue after downloading the the PMBOK 8th provided to PMI Members.
I used to be able to highlight text and make comments for study purpose on previous versions. However, these new version and materials require an owner password and block all annotations.
The message says:
"Without the owner password, you do not have permission to create or modify annotations in the document."
I have already tried different steps like using my PMI account password, contacting the PMI support team, but they said that I should be able to highlight text after downloading the books or materials.
Additionally, PMI support team suggested to follow troubleshooting steps such as trying a different browser (Chrome), deleting the cache, using a different computer, etc. But nothing has worked yet.
