Metrics for a PMI-CPMAI certification business case

Hi everyone,

I’m building a case for my company to invest in PMI-CPMAI certification for our project managers. Our PMO Manager has asked for concrete metrics, specifically what PMs will be able to do after certification that they can’t do today.

I’d appreciate feedback from the PMI community:

1. If you’ve earned the CPMAI, what are you doing differently on your projects?
2. What measurable outcomes (delivery, risk, AI project success rates, etc.) has your organization seen?
3. If you made a similar case to leadership, which arguments or metrics landed best?
