I'm currently pursuing a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and I'm learning how closely it ties into project management.

I'm curious: If you have a Six Sigma certification, have you incorporated it into your project management methodology, or do you mostly use Six Sigma in exceptional circumstances?

Yes, LSS can be used in project management. Most 'scaled' Agile content is, in fact, reused LSS knowledge.
