When bringing leadership into the idea of using AI, what the best approaches to bring the idea and also support other departments hesitant of it?

I would start with a specific business problem rather than presenting AI as something the organization needs to adopt. Leadership is usually more receptive when they can see the expected value, costs, risks, and how success will be measured.
For departments that are hesitant, I would first try to understand their concerns and involve them in a small pilot. Giving people the opportunity to test the solution, provide feedback, and see how it could support their work can help build confidence without forcing adoption too quickly.
