Thank you, Krishnakumar, for creating this space for discussion and shared learning.

The APL certification offers an interesting opportunity to explore how advanced project leadership capabilities are recognised and assessed across different organisational contexts.

One aspect I would be particularly interested in understanding is the accreditation of organisational assessment programmes.

If your organisation has pursued PMI accreditation, do you have direct experience of the process that you could share? How demanding was it in terms of requirements, resources and time? Insights from others familiar with the process would also be valuable.

As participants progress, it would be equally interesting to understand how the organisational assessment and individual examination complement each other, and what additional value APL demonstrates beyond existing PMI certifications.

I hope this discussion helps us learn from actual experiences, including both the opportunities and practical challenges of the new certification.

Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movements of small green pieces of paper, which is odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy."
