Does Lean Six Sigma still have a seat at the table?

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently a graduate student at Drexel University in Philadelphia. As part of a case study on Quality Management, my team is trying to determine if formal frameworks like Lean Six Sigma are still being practiced or if they have been replaced by Agile-style "acceptance criteria."

We’d love your quick take on three things:

  1. What are your go-to tools for QA/QC today?
  2. Is quality "built-in" to your team, or is it a separate control checkpoint?
  3. Have you ever been required to use Lean Six Sigma, or is it becoming a thing of the past?

Your global insights will help us bridge the gap between our course materials and the reality of modern project management.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,

Marie
