Where Is PMI Heading?

PMI’s recent initiatives in leadership, AI, organizational change, and enterprise transformation suggest an increasingly broad strategic ambition.

Is PMI primarily evolving to support the changing nature of project management, or is it also seeking to become a broader reference in organizational leadership and transformation?

And, importantly, how does PMI define the boundaries of its distinctive contribution?
