Question: How do PMs protect team capability when AI accelerates output but not understanding?

Teams can produce results faster with AI, especially junior members, but speed does not always mean comprehension. Over time, this can create dependency, where outputs are correct but reasoning is shallow. That gap becomes visible only when the team faces unfamiliar problems.
