Do you think traditional Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis is still relevant in agile or hybrid project environments, or has it just become an illusion of control?

Colleagues, many argue that strict schedules no longer reflect the reality of daily work when faced with constant changes. I would love to know if, in practice, you still calculate the critical path with the same rigor to manage dependencies, or if you have adopted more flexible approaches.
