Innovation in ITIL projects.

Consider using KANBAN in your agile projects, you will see innovative solutions coming out of it by the marriage of lean and agile.
Suhail, to learn more, could you please elaborate on that. On what kind of project in ITIL, you used KANBAN? Say User Administration, Scripting & Packaging, Incident Management, Integration management, application maintenance, ect.,
I have used XP and Lean methods for Scripting & Packaging and User Administration.
