How to write Blogs on this site ?

How can I write blogs on this site ?
I navigated on the blogs page, but could not find a link to "WRITE" a blog. Can somebody please help me if I am missing something here.

Hi Saurabh,

Thanks for asking about this. In order to have the ability to blog, you must earn a certain number of influence points within the community. Influence is based upon your ongoing participation within the community. You can find more information regarding influence here:

http://www.projectmanagement.com/pages/286831/What-is-Influence-

Once you have been granted the ability to blog on the site, you can go to the Account link directly under the Hello message after you log in from the upper right corner. Scroll down to the link that says "My Blogs" and expand the field. You will find additional information regarding blogging there.

Hi, the most important evaluation criteria is a high influence score in the community. Credentials or educational degrees do not matter, so rate articles and share knowledge answering questions as I am doing now
