What type of projects are you working on this month and what are your biggest challenges so far?

I am wrapping up the planning phase for a health care management upgrade project. So far, my challenge has been in keeping project execution to a minimum before planning is completed.

I am currently managing a project that is in maintenance and advance period. Biggest challenge remains implementation of change requests that sometimes are very frequent.

I also prepare technical part of tender bids for the company I work. Here the challenge is how to motivate myself, since there are almost all low budgeted small projects.
