I have recently returned from Jakarta and Bogor, where I have been involved with a small chain of restaurants and a central Kitchen. My role was as a Chef / Project Manager, organising and re training staff, installing Business systems, Health and Hygiene Standards, Logistics. and opening new premises.
However I am looking for Hotel / Resort connections with a view to using my skills there. I have had construction of accommodation experience in New Zealand.
I have also worked in Cebu and in a similar areas and I am keen to return to Asia, however I need to make the relevant contacts.
Hence I am writing and connecting with you, in the hope that you might be aware of some people involved in Project Management and also Hospitality. I have been trying to make connections but I am in Invercargill, and the only connections here are related to the Building and construction industry, especially road making etc.
I know that there are people of a similar vein to myself and I would like to make connections with them, but as I said I have been having a great deal of difficulty in meeting them
I would appreciate any pointers or suggestions that you might have.
