What is the exact difference between a Bulletin and an Article ?
Moreover, on the website, it is obivous how to publish an article but how can you publich a bulletin, what are the requirements ? Saving Changes...

Article is one item written by one or group of persons , but bulletin is group of articles or advertisement and could be weekly monthly or for certain subject......i guess.

This is a totally different question: I just want to fully understand what is the "Difference between an Article and a Bulletin" and what are the guidelines for publishing a "Bulletin" generally speaking, not on this website specifically. Are they the same as an Article or differs in a way or another.
I hope this sheds more light on my question and I would like to receive your expert opinion on this. Thanks.

A bulletin is generally a notice intended to communicate some announcement to a non-specified group of people. Where an article is intended to provide some level of informative analysis on an issue, a bulletin is usually intended only to display facts, either pertaining to an event, a regulation, or some other content worthy of being announced.
