How many charters should there be on the project life cycle?

Hint: keep in mind the purpose of the charter.

Hello Mounir,

thx for clarifying. I got it know and of course - from that perspective - there could be more than one charter.
Some of our projects are performed along a well defned qualtiy gates process and those projects need a charter for each quality gate.
