Anybody else found errors?

I'm creating a log with the wrong answers and correcting only those that I think are wrong... It might be of help to someone.

Some questions are out dated but many are still valid. I strongly recommend PMP aspirants experience these questions before taking the PMP exam since it might be helpful to understand key concepts of ITTOs in PMBOK. It might be necessary to update before PMP exam is based on PMBOK 6th edition.

Markus is worried that the PMChallenge questions are not in PMP-exam format. That is true. As I have found in preparing for my SP and, now, RMP exams, most mock exams do not follow the PMI-style of questions. I expect that is on purpose to avoid any intellectual property disputes.

I'm trying to get my last Ace badge. In the process, I stumbled across this question.

Q. Which of the following is not an example of a project schedule output in the Develop Schedule: Outputs process?

  • bar charts

  • milestone charts

  • project schedule network diagram

  • All of the above

PMchallenge wants you to pick All of the above, then gives you the following description.

Each of the options presented is an example of a project schedule output in the Develop Schedule: Outputs process.

The correct answer should be None of the Above.

Stephane,

As far as I am concerned "All of the Above" is the correct answers as none of those are Outputs of Develop Project Schedule, they are Inputs so the question is correct but the reasoning might be wrong, they should have mentioned Input. The outputs of develop schedule are:

- Schedule Baseline
- Project Schedule
- Schedule Data
- Project Calendars
- Project Management Plan Updates
- Project Documents Updates

Rami, All of the above would be the correct answer if the question was Which of the following is an example....

Unfortunately, the question is Which of the following is not an example....

There's a typo in this question.

Q. A risk many be caused by a(n) ___ that creates the possibility of a negative or positive outcome.

That should be may, not many. The same typo appears in the question review description.

Those challenge questions contain lots of typos and some questions or the rationale behind the answer might not be 100% correct.
