Stephane,

As far as I am concerned "All of the Above" is the correct answers as none of those are Outputs of Develop Project Schedule, they are Inputs so the question is correct but the reasoning might be wrong, they should have mentioned Input. The outputs of develop schedule are:

- Schedule Baseline
- Project Schedule
- Schedule Data
- Project Calendars
- Project Management Plan Updates
- Project Documents Updates
Rami, All of the above would be the correct answer if the question was Which of the following is an example....

Unfortunately, the question is Which of the following is not an example....

Stephane, the examples mentioned as choices are NOT outputs of develop project schedule which makes All the Above the correct answer because none of them are Output examples so all of the above are not examples of output but they are input examples.

Did I convince you ? :D

Let me put it this way, Rami. When I blend the question with each proposed answer , I get the following statements.

* Bar charts are not examples of project schedule output ...
* Milestone charts are not examples of project schedule output ...
* Project schedule network diagram is not an example of a project schedule output ...
* All of the above are not examples of a project schedule output ...

Yet the question review description says:

Each of the options presented is an example of a project schedule output ...

The All of the above statement contradicts the Each of the options statement.

It doesn't make sense that charts or diagrams would be inputs to the Develop Schedule process. They do make sense as output, just as the PMchallenge states.

I agree that their rational behind the answer is wrong or has a typo but in terms of inputs, the PMBOK mentioned that Schedule Network Diagrams are inputs to Develop Schedule that is why I suspected their rationale should be: Each of the above .... is an example of an Input.

But in principle, I agree with you, something is wrong in the question and/or answer.

_____ extends the description of the activity by identifying the multiple components associated with each activity.
a) Activity attribution
b) An activity identifier
c) The WBS
d) The product backlog

The answer is a), but I believe it refers to Activity Attributes (...include activity codes, predecessor activities, successor activities, logical relationships, leads and lags, resource requirements, imposed dates, constraints, and assumptions), not attribution.

Definitely the answer is A and yes I agree they probably meant Activity Attributes. Thanks for bringing this up Mauro.

I suspect ? is simply the software's unability to properly render the sigma symbol. (I tried to use the HTML tag for the symbol in this message only to see it changed to a question mark.)
