Dear Members,

I'm planning to Present the importance of Project Governance to PM's.
instead of routine presentation, i would like to stand different.
I would like to go with more engaged model.
I woukd like to ask PM's following :
1. What is their view about Project Governance ?
2. What is their expectation from Project Governance ?
3. How they use PPM tool ? what they feel they are missing in the custom ppm tool ?
4. How best PPM tool usage increase?

Request your inputs for some more questions? its going to be 2 hr workshop.

At the end of workshop, i would like get their views and wants and strengthen the workshop and also create a best impression about project governance.

Appreciate your kind help.

If any reference of template ppt , or any other reference of presentation also welcome.

Thank you.

I believe you will be successful in your workshop using this approach.
Considering that Project Governance is linked with Institutional Strategic Plans I suggest these questions:
1. Your PPM tools are personal preference or Institutional definition?
2. Are there portfolio comparison between all projects in the Company ? How is it done?
I hope I've been contributed with your workshop.
Good luck! . . .
