Hello all. I want to obtain PMI-RMP certification and I would like to know..... For those who have both PMP and PMI-RMP certifications, do you think the PMI-RMP exam is easier than RMP or, on the contrary, do you think it is more difficult? Thank you in advance for your comments. Saving Changes...

PMP is definitely more difficult are it includes Risk Management besides all other Project Management Knowledge Areas.
RMP concentrates more or less on the Risk part of management but of course you need to have experience in other management knowledge areas.
This is my personal opinion. Saving Changes...

I would agree I don't have the PMI-RMP I have PMP and PMI-ACP and the PMP is by far the most difficult exam that PMI administers. Although I don't know much about the PGMP. Saving Changes...
Thank you all for your answers. There is a small drawback for me: the PMI-RMP exam is provided only in English, not in Spanish, while PMP is provided in both languages, and this helps a little. That's why I'm a little bit affraid. Saving Changes...

PMP is the umbrella of all other certification of PMI, and it is the most difficult to achieve too
Since you are already a PMP, PMI-RMP should be piece of cake for you.
RMP is more elaborated version of Risk management from PMP. Saving Changes...

I will be taking my PMI-RMP exam next month. I expect it to be like my PMI-SP I got in 2012: same material as PMP but narrower and deeper.

HI Stephane.. good luck..I believe will piece of cake for you.. :)
The on-line course I am doing is very interesting and complete but it is in Spanish. This circumstance makes it easier for me to study but not to prepare the exam. Saving Changes...

If your course is PMBOK-aligned, Isabel, you should consider using English test exams to get familiar with the terminology. ¡Buena suerte!

Yes, it is PMBOK-aligned and really good.
I have also several books related to this topic in English and I am going to look for some test or simulator in English.
¡Muchas gracias!
