PMI- RMP is a specific exam, but you require to know the content of PM BOOK.
PMP include more information because you have to know all chapters.
Related to the PMBook risk chapter, the PMBook provide the basis and the risk cycle, but the RMP Exam is focus in risk management and you must to know the PMBook (especiallly comunications) and has an specific document additional to PMBOOK
RMP is an specialized certificate, a person with PMPCertificate no necessary mean that he know about project risk management. Requirements to apply to PMI-RMP certificate is at least 3 years in risk mangement dedicated.
Both certificates are usefull but are different roles. Saving Changes...

I consider the PMP exam complex, no difficult, because it has a lot of information to study and the source of information is teh PMBOOK. For me, RMP exam is more especialized, difficult and less complex, the questions requiere analysis and knowledge of standard of risk management, PMBOOK and other documents differents to standar and PMBOOK, and its difficult find others RMP's to discusse this theme and receive orientation..
