I am in a situation where I am responsible for a project that my agency has been directed to contract with another State agency to provide PM services. Welcome to State government and project management. Due to the nature of politics and forced dependency on another organization, I am looking for some tools to use to incorporate in our Inter-Agency Agreement that will allow my agency to assess and evaluate the PM provided by the 'sister' agency.
