1. Yes Jenni I agree with you I should not complicate it, thats the reason i have taken this into Project Managment.com
One point i would like to share with everyone is this timesheet is not for juniors, it is targeted at Senior Level Managers to see how best they utilise their day.

Will a go I had a timesheet that would as people to put time put by project, task and activities, they where ask to provide an estimate of remaining time to complete.
It was for a mix of junior and senior staff.
Two goals justified the approach, first time keeping for the projects, second information for workbench. Saving Changes...
