A former colleague is leading a design study about how team leaders gather feedback in professional environments. They're exploring ways to solicit candid criticism despite team members' sometimes worrying about career & social risks. He's looking for experienced PMs to interview or participate in a pilot study.
The project sounds interesting and I know it can be hard to get people to open up, so I thought I'd pass the message along. Does anyone have advice on other avenues to reach study participants (PMs, team leads, managers) particularly in the software, IT, digital industries?
