I think the questions need to get even more specific... For example, Satisfaction could be Overall Satisfaction - as the last question. Usefulness needs to be more specific... for example, Usefulness of meeting material.
To take a step back, I think you need to first seek out and understand what the members of the Steering Committee are hoping to get out of these meetings... Perhaps your first survey is to collect the top 5 things that are common to everyone... For example, do they care about being informed of project status (or would they rather just get an email)? Do they always want to provide some input at the meetings (should you cancel te meeting if there are no topics where their input is needed)? The list goes on.... Once you establish the most important things, then you can formulate a survey that measures these things. Saving Changes...
