Good Morning,
After logging in using my PMI account, I am unable to view recorded webinars. I am able to select a webinar and it brings me to a new page but am unable to see the video webinar window to even click play. Is there an internet setting that needs to be adjusted so I can view this webinar?
I don't have any issues viewing live webinars.

Thanks for reaching out about this. This could be browser related or, if you are trying to view the webinars at your place of employment it could be due to security settings within your workplace network.
If you are viewing these webinars at work, I would suggest trying again on a home network. if you are viewing at home, let me know what browser and device you are using and we can go from there.
