another thumb rule says:
"If you can CONSISTENTLY score 75+% in EVERY NEW mock exam, than there is a good chance that you are ready to go (no guarantee at all)!"
If i had to do it again, i would alway take this as a guideline.

There cannot be a fixed number, it depends on the individual too. I think 3 to 4 complete Mocktests would be enough to get the confidence and feel of the real exam. Saving Changes...

Hello George,
you are welcome, just to clarify, this is not "my rule", i have also read it anywhere and found it logical and reasonable and so i have decided to rely on it, worked out for me and for a lot of other pmp aspirants i do know.
Regards,
Markus

I feel it depends more on understanding n score u getting in mock tests or Rita or any other practice exams.
Thumb rule -
above 70% - Rita
above 80% - sample questions for other sources.
Shaija - Thanks for sharing this, especially because you're making the note that Rita's exam prep is sometimes a bit easy... They're good, but in my personal opinion.... This is very objective, because I use Rita as a must in my preparation for all PMI tests.... Saving Changes...

As some have mentioned here, it depends on the individual taking the exam. An initial mock exam will show you where to focus your efforts. When you've achieved a desired score on more than one mock exam (I prefer 2-3 scores), that may be an indication of preparedness.
Hope this helps.

Abigal - Thanks... I agree there is a perfect formula, each one has to use the inputs and figure out what's best for them...

Hi George, in my opinion it's also important to use different exam simulators / question banks so that you don't get comfortable with one particular style.

Elizabeth - That's a smart thing to do, if some uses only one exam simulator, they tends to get confortable with one type of wording... I agree with your recommendation of using several simulators.
