Training Modes

Training can be provided in any of the following mode -

1. Enroll team to online self-paced learning sessions
2. Look for someone in other department for training needs
3. Arrange for vendor provided in-house training
4. Nominate team for vendor provided workshops outside the organization

Which format do you think or will recommend is the best for the project or team?

Hi Anupam, I think, there is right or wrong answer for your Q. It depends on the training objective, seniority of people, training budget etc. However, classroom training is most effective. A good trainer can improve the knowledge and skills of the students substantially.
