Hello,

My PMP Certification Application is being audited and I'm looking for advice on completing a portion of it. I have had a single manager/sponsor thus far and will need to have him sign off on quite a few projects to claim my hours. I read that I may be able to get his sign off on a single project validation form and just have him initial each remaining project-down the list of the others I claimed but I thought I would ask around for what others have done and what has been accepted previously?

I appreciate your time and input!!
-Stephanie

I agree with Sergio - People do things differently so I believe you're best source would be PMI Support (You can chat with them online).

Definitely contact PMI support. But this may be as simple as printing the PMP completed application form and getting the signature on each page that has the claim details on it.

My manager was familiar with all the projects I had submitted. I sat down with her and explained how I went about my project submissions. She then signed each one of them at the appropriate place.

Yes to Sergio suggestion check with PMI.

I think you can get your manager to sign, has Stephane has done.
I have done similar with all the managers, I sat with every manager and explain toke a few minutes.

Fortunately, I have not been audited (yet) and will heed the advise in the above. If I was to bet, I would place the money on my next PMI submission as this correlates with another thread, chances of an audit when applying for another PMI certification.

Stephanie, When I called PMI, they were very nice and extremely patient and helpful. They were responsive and there to support and help you through the audit process to address any questions or concerns.

You are correct with your assessment. I also had a single manager for the majority of my projects. Good Luck, but I'm sure you'll be fine.
