CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) Telecoms Project Help

Hi Guys

My first job as a project manager and have been allocated a project to do with all the Customer Lifetime Value over their contract length period.

Anyone working on a telecoms CLV(Customer Lifetime Value) project that can give some advise please?
