Hey Yasir, I liked your template. How would you proceed to show a scatter graph of the risks by probability and by impact?

Hi Stephane,

Thanks for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I shall consider the Scatter Diagram for correlation for my other Risk register template i.e. Risk Register with Dashboard for Risk Communication.

I would like to know ow you are perceiving your idea.

Best regards,

Yasir

Thanks Demettrius Williams for your feedback.

Stephane, this Risk register is based on same Matrix style as you mentioned above ( you mentioned 3 X3). In Risk register, I specified 5 X 5 Matrix. If you select the Probability say Low and Impact Low then it will calculate the Risk Score as Low automatically. Please feel free to ask me for more clarification and if you need any support to implement it in your project then you are more than welcome. Best Regards, Yasir

Yasir, I was thinking of populating that grid with the various risks to show the distribution across all nine squares. I would be willing to attempt adding the graph. Do you have an unprotected version you are willing to share?
