I haven't listened to one in the last month or so - while studying for PMP and handling the application; but http://www.projectmanagement.com/videos/33...vated-Employees sticks in my mind and comes up quite a bit. It changes my thinking when reviewing performance and reminds me to look at people and not just tasks. Not saying ALL employees are underperforming or unmotivated, but it's a good reminder for all employees to look what may be playing out in their lives and showing in their work.
