The idea that there are five perfect questions you should begin every project with sounds like something of legend. Could it be true? I interviewed over fifty people who came up with over eighty questions. Most of the questions focused on timeline, scope, resources, compliance, communication, priorities, and feasibility. However, five questions stood out as especially thoughtful questions to ask at the start of any project.
A) Which of those questions do you always ask at the beginning of a project? B) What other questions do you always ask at the beginning of a project?
