Can anybody recommend any good texts or articles on PMO Value?

The APM PMOSIG is delivering a conference on PMO Value in October. We'd like to start the day with a literature review to provide context and current thinking. I have a number of texts on my book shelf but am interested to know what the rest of the community is reading/ uses.
