Memorising will never help you in the exam, you need to understand the flow and the logic. All the processes are applied in the real life. Try to connect each process with your daily work in project management. I read Rita's book, and it is ok for someone who not fully hands-on. However, the questions of Rita's book were really good. My personal advice to focus on Pmbok and Rita's questions, in addition, make use of all available free questions available online.
