Dear PM community, please help contribute to an ongoing global research study that I am conducting as part of a PhD resarch project being conducted at UCL focusing on the state of major and complex technology projects with a key focus on preventing failures and improving success rates. The survey is part of an ongoing research project to understanding the challenges, difficulties, and failures of managing complex and major technology projects, and the reasons why they fail far too often and to guarantee the delivery and assurance of these projects.
I would love to hear from you and to share your experienes with IT projects in general. The survey should only take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
