I'd be most interested in opinions regarding the correct methodology for tracking an IT Trainers time within an entire IT dept. that tracks its time against Projects, CIP, and Sustaining Support. We have some who believe that Sustaining Support is the most appropriate "bucket" to capture the IT Trainers hours (our IT PMO); but how can we strive for reduced sustaining support time while we continue to feed the Sustaining Support bucket with our trainer's hours?
