I have few questions on this. what will be the process for using the CAR and describe that. Who will be involved, who will review it, who should be creating it, what’s the criteria for using it, where will it be stored, etc. Can anybody provide few inputs for CAR in Software Industry?

CAR's are usually part of Quality Management Process, at least this is how it is in Construction Projects.

Thank you Rami Kaibni for your inputs. Can't we use CAR's in software projects? If yes, what will be the process for using the CAR and describe that. Who will be involved, who will review it, who should be creating it, what’s the criteria for using it, where will it be stored, etc.

Harish, I am sure it can be used in software but this is somehow out of my field of expertise so I do not want to give you an advise that is not precise so I will leave it for my fellow colleagues to comment.

In general, it shouldnt be different than any other project. The quality management team should be responsible for it.

I see where one young boy has just passed 500 hours sitting in a treetop. There is a good deal of discussion as to what to do with a civilization that produces prodigies like that. Wouldn't it be a good idea to take his ladder away from him and leave him up there?
