Even though as many as departments are identified, but still new stakeholders keep popping in with their own needs for the project. Due to job rotations and the muti-cultural environment in the Qatar University, the way of understanding a situation, problem, issue changes which affect the time management of the project. Identifying stakeholders on power/interest/influence/impact/Salience model in an existing running university campus seems to be a hefty complex affair. Is there a consensus approach developed which is an add on to the procedure laid down in PMBOK?
