You have to report your PDU's manually. Do to your CCRS Hub through your PMI account and you can do that there by submitting a claim. It is pretty easy and straight forward.

Go to https://ccrs.pmi.org and report them manually. I tend to do this for about 10% or my PDU's in any given certification cycle. Good luck!
