Being a project manager is a great but demanding job. We are constantly dealing with 'chaos' and uncertainty. Our behaviour is what defines us and timing, alignment and effectiveness of the behaviour is what will determine whether we will be successful.
But what if the element of sustainability is introduced as another project factor to manage? Would we welcome it as opportunity or as a thread? Would it hurt or help the project success and would the client appreciate it?
