I.e. Does being already PMP certified help in passing the PBA? Please share your experiences and thoughts

It certainly helps. I connected with PBA holders, and one thing common mostly all shared, the PMBOK remained as the base material for preparation. Being PMP, the route to PMI-PBA becomes comparatively much easier.

Hi Eduard,

i have just started prep for PBA a while ago (and unfortunately have to pause actually) but i already felt there that PMP was really helpful as a foundation i some way.

Can tell you more about this may be until mid of next year ... ;)

The PMI-SP and PMI-RMP I took were very much like the PMP but with specific emphasis on certain areas. Surprisingly, the PMI-RMP had a big emphasis on stakeholder management, although not as big as risk management.
