In just a few years, the IT Industry has moved away from the Traditional Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to Rapid Application Development (RAD) practices, such as Agile Scrum. This radical transformation in the way to approach the development of a product or service has enabled small and large organizations to shorten drastically their product release cycle, to be better aligned with their customers’ dynamic requirements, as well as adapt to change more easily.

But if this paradigm shift has been integrated into engineering practices, the processes implemented by Project Management Offices (PMO) have yet to absorb the concepts and principles of agile development.

This disconnect in applied methodologies often generates a communication gap between engineering teams and project managers.

Two years ago, we ideated a new project management software solution for PC that would break the language barrier between agile practitioners and project managers and allow all stakeholders to collaborate in the management of agile projects.

We have just released a Commercial-Free edition of this solution: EZ-Agile Project Management Community Edition., and launched our first kickstarter project to help us fund the development, validation and documentation of an extended version of our Commercial-Free edition.

If you would like to more information about EZ-Agile Project Management, and support our initiative, visit our KickStarter project page: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/58447...nagement-ez-apm
