By and large, I like the proposed changes. The one that I find a bit weird is the renaming of Project Human Resource Management to Project Resources Management. I understand they want to include physical resources.
The problem is twofold. First of all, how you deal with people - whether resources or stakeholders - should be of prime importance. This was evident in the last edition when they brought out stakeholders management. Bringing in the physical resources under the same umbrella takes away from the people. It makes physical resources as important as human resources.
The second problem I have is: why stop at at physical resources? Why should they not include financial resources as well? Why is money important enough to be on its own, but not people? Saving Changes...

I was part of the reviewer team. First of all, please let me say that changes are not decided today. I mean, what people saw could or not could be included inside the final version. Second, let me say that all related to agile IS A BIG MISTAKE (sorry about the capital letters). THanks God, I am part of the buisness analysis new standard and program management standard review team and those mistakes has been fixed. (by the way, I do not know if in the final version of the new PMBOK my concerns and others concerns about this topic will change the original orientation) Saving Changes...
