Does anyone have a workstream template?

I have a customer that wants activities/milestones in a workstream however, I have been unable to locate a template.

One thing you have to watch for when managing work streams: it is easy to only focus on action items and milestones. Don't forget that action items do not replace activities, which also need to be managed.
