As far as you know, some companies are using some screen software to analyze the resume. Bet the robots are not always easy, and after reading a lot of info about this topic, I've obtained the following list:

- Use keywords, that's not difficult. Each sector or profession have their own keywords and is not difficult to use it.

- Don't use fancy format, logos, tables. As I'm not a web designer or a very artistic girl, that was easy.

- Use bullets to explain your experience. OK, this is something cultural, we should adapt the resume to the country that we are applying. Take care with this one.

- The position of the dates. I'm struggling with this one, some articles said before of the company and title, other said before...any tip?

Is your company using this kind of screening programs? Some tips for all us that are looking for a job and want to beat the robots.

Have you ever felt that when you applied via website nobody take a look at your resume?
I'm sure of that, uncounted numbers i have raised job application through website,an online platform, or by sending resume using personal email to much of companies upto dated still sending and applying, in other side, i have all required certificates and experience in my job field good through the appreciation and achieved. sometime after applying to any online platform, foreshore they will send your ranking “an example your rank is 50% below the requirement, and other time your rank within the first ten ones, in the end they will send a non-replay email, unfortunately your application not considered due other candidate are more qualified than you. it's matter of being patient, and one day well come.

Mayte - how is your search going? any further hints you can provide a year later?
Networking was more effective than upload a resume via website. After all this year, I realized that isn't the software is the people that is managing it.
