Is there a standard definition provided by PMI on what a Transition and Transformation Program is, also to include definition of terms like CMO, CMO+ and FMO. We seem to have different views in our organisation

Transformation program is widely varied in how it is used. Often times, it is used differently even within the same organization. Just because changes are being applied, does not mean the organization is transforming. However, I have not seen a standard definition from PMI.
