NASA PM Lessons Learned
I've edited an oldie but goodie list of 128 "lessons learned" from a fellow that was a project manager for NASA for 37 years. Only the first 25 are posted. I'll add the rest as time permits.

Thanks David. I have gone through the post. Great lessons shared.
I've got more to edit / modernize -- 128 in all. This document has been handed around NASA for a long time, people added to it, people subtracted from it. In a way I guess it's a version of "Organizational Process Assets" :)
Thanks for refreshing this list David! These are timeless lessons that all project management professionals should review on a regular basis!
Thank you Paul, I'm working on the next 25. It's suprising that these PM lessons learned have remained virtually the same for a long, long time.
#4 should be #1 (just an opinion)

4.Most Project Managers succeed on the strength and skill of the project team

Thank you Aaron, the list isn't really in a priority order, but.... it could be! Next udpate I'll make number 4 be number 1.
Thank you, David. They are really well made and practical.
