Based on Answer to this three question i will get impress

1. Educate us concerning your involvement in overseeing diverse ventures. By what method can this add to our position?

2. Depict how you as of late dealt with a differing venture group towards a shared objective.

3. Portray the most complex venture you have overseen all the way.

I think that transparency and communication skills would certainly make the top three. For a third then it will depend on the project field and size. On a large project you could need to rely more on structure than on a smaller project where you could give more value to being imaginative.
