Rami, I'd be happy to volunteer as a mentee :) I'm taking the CAPM exam next week and will bump the PMP out till 2017 sometime.
Here are my goals for 2017:

1) Test and secure industry certification: CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional)
2) Take time to think about how to motivate, inspire, reward and recognize others
3) Pursue additional opportunities to mentor and contribute PM expertise/knowledge

Hi Thilo,

you already did great in contributing here, especially to my MP4PM initiative. I do count on you in 2017 ...;)

Wow, 2017 already! To be honest, much of this time of the year is about reflecting for performance evaluations.

So far, for 2017:
1) Improve Project Management practices and processes applying learnings from continued professional development
2) Work to be a more active member of my local Chapter
3) Remain an active member of this community

#1 really is open ended, but a large part of my growth and guidance in this profession. No certification plans for the year, but have been eying the ACP. .

Hi Vincent,

what is your motivation for doing BA and/or Agile/ACP.
I am also considering doing BA, but not really sure yet if this would be the best next step.
And also many thanks for your support this year.

Regards,

Markus

Rami,

I'm planning to get my PMP in the next 3-4 years, however currently I do not have the capacity to include such a project in my busy schedule...

Hi Markus,

Thanks a lot for your encouraging words and compliments - I appreciate it a lot. You are a great person and also a valuable member of this community with tremendous contributions.

I am planning to take my RMP because part of my work in my projects is doing Risk Assessment, Analysis and Management. As for the ACP, I would like to strengthen my knowledge about Agile Practice as we do lean construction in many cases here so besides practicing it, it is good to have a certification.

Cheers,
Rami Kaibni
