Preparing for my ACP exam, I'll take it early 2018 once I have enough agile hours.
My goals are as always, to accurately judge scope, deliver as agreed upon, within budget and schedule. Studying for my PDUs, etc... prepare me for the real work scenarios and help me build the confidence necessary to take my work to the next level.

Just earned my PSM! I've been working at solidifying my professional foundation and worth. The PSM is my first official/formal certification for the year. Good timing as I'm transitioning into a Scrum Master role in our global digital innovation department.
